Dear Pacifica Community,
During this time of the Thomas fire emergency and the closure and evacuations of both campuses, Financial Aid and Student Accounts is working closely with our Executive Management Team and Our IT Department to ensure we are able to process financial aid as soon as our networks and servers are up and running.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of access you will see a slight delay in financial aid refunds. Again, we are working behind-the-scenes to get your aid to you as quickly as possible and will be in email contact with all of those who were scheduled to receive aid last week and to the end of the year, once we are able to return. Please note that at this time we do not have access to our business emails or voice messages.
Thank you for your understanding during this very difficult time for many of our Pacifica families who have experienced much loss.
