Pacifica has just begun a very attractive on-line Newsletter thanks to the combined efforts of Cindy Carter and Laura Grillo. The first one is a fine harbinger of things to come. Now, however, it is time to launch a blog site for Pacifica people. Here we hope to engage some repetition of the Newsletter as well as much more. Several of us will get things started. We hope to include news events, reflections on current culture, short book reviews, links to other sites, to Amazon.com, notes on what is happening at PGI, student responses, alumni responses, faculty and staff participation. Our hope is that it become a regular part of your day and week. We will try to keep things fresh, thoughtful, a bit whimsical, serious with a fair amount of play, and engaging both depth and breadth culturally. We hope you sign in, respond, post your own notes and news to the editing site, and be a regular. So let us get things started.
